Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain, free of charge, information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR). You also have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) of this data, and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

Right to object: You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you that is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in Belgium the Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).

2. Hosting and web server

This website, its fonts and its stylesheet are provided by a German website and hosting provider, which acts as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR) on servers in Germany.

The web server processes your IP address and other connection data at the moment of your visit in order to deliver the requested pages. Our server does not create log files, so your IP address is not stored by the web server.

3. Web analytics

Audience measurement

To evaluate how our website is used, we use audience measurement by PostHog (EU region), which records page views, page exits, clicks and JavaScript errors. For this, a session identifier is placed in your browser's sessionStorage and is deleted automatically when you close the tab; the measured events are kept for as long as the measurement is in use. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in analysing the use of the website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may object to this processing at any time under Art. 21 GDPR by adjusting your browser settings or by not using the site further.

4. Forms and communication

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry through the form on our website, it is not transmitted through our servers. The data you enter is assembled into a message directly in your own browser and opened in your WhatsApp or email app. We receive no copy of these entries in a database and learn of your enquiry only when you send that message to us from your own device. The data you send is processed to prepare or perform a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
